'Waters of the United States': How will this impact your business?

Holland & Hart is proud to present “On the Environment," a speaker series bringing knowledgeable legal and industry professionals together to learn about and discuss critical environmental rules and regulations impacting Utah business and the environment.

Please join us for a complimentary panel presentation covering the Clean Water Act “Waters of the United States” Final Rule. The much-anticipated rule will become effective on August 28, 2015, and defines the jurisdictional scope for all regulatory programs under the Clean Water Act, including NPDES and Section 404 permitting.

Walt Baker and Erica Gaddis of the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Water Quality will join Holland & Hart attorneys Amanda Smith and Ashley Peck to discuss the key provisions in the rule, changes the agencies made in response to public comments on the proposed rule, and the potential impact of the final rule on Utah's regulated community.
