With a background in biochemistry and experience drafting and prosecuting patents related to artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and advanced communications technologies, Victoria works with clients ranging from startups to established corporations to secure intellectual property protection for their ideas. Victoria has developed a practice grounded in her firsthand understanding of the science behind her clients’ inventions. She leverages her training in high tech and biotech intellectual property matters to guide engineers, scientists, and inventors through the patent process from start to finish.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Victoria worked at an Intellectual Property and Complex Business Litigation firm in Salt Lake City.
