Kelly Johnson

Her practice, at the intersection of law and public policy, is based on extensive experience gained from her public service on Capitol Hill and the Department of Justice.

Steve Young
Attorney - Holland & Hart
Steve is a state and local tax attorney who provides strategic counsel to clients on state and local tax matters, including property, sales, income, and severance tax issues. He advises clients on unclaimed property and state and local incentives, and he also represents clients in state and local tax litigation before administrative tribunals, local boards of equalization, and courts, and lobbies.

Amanda Smith
Attorney - Holland & Hart
Clients benefit from Amanda's 20 years of experience with government agencies at the state and federal level and her ability to find common ground between government, private industries, land owners, and environmental groups on many complex issues. With a sophisticated understanding of how government agencies operate and enforce environmental laws, she counsels clients on how to operate in compliance with the complex maze of state and federal environmental laws and policies.

Kate Bradshaw

Kate provides our Salt Lake City and Utah clients with comprehensive governmental affairs services focusing on legislative and campaign strategies. As a non-lawyer lobbyist, she draws upon her experience and relationships as a legislative staffer, campaign consultant, and trade association representative to craft strategies for energy, natural resource, healthcare, food industry, and business clients before the Utah State Legislature, Governor, state agencies, and local governments.
