Urim draws on international real estate and judicial clerkship experience to guide clients through complex construction transactions and disputes.
Urim focuses her practice on construction matters, handling both transactional work and litigation for construction disputes, with a particular interest in large infrastructure projects. She advises developers and contractors on contract negotiation, project management, and dispute resolution.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Urim served as a law clerk at the District of Columbia Superior Court, where she drafted judicial opinions and orders and conducted legal research on complex domestic relations issues. She also practiced as a real estate attorney at Hesketh Henry in Auckland, New Zealand, handling real estate transactions and development projects, and served as a criminal prosecutor for the New Zealand Police.
