Tyler J. Garrett Joins Holland & Hart's Cheyenne Office

CHEYENNE (June 24, 2009) – Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that associate Tyler J. Garrett has joined the firm’s Cheyenne office in the litigation department with an emphasis on environmental and natural resources law.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Garrett was an associate at Jenner & Block LLP where he represented clients in connection with a broad variety of civil litigation matters, including the defense of class action lawsuits alleging several securities violations involving initial public offerings. On a pro bono basis, Garrett secured asylum for an Eritrean national, and also represented an individual on appeal of a federal death sentence.

Garrett graduated with his J.D., cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School and earned his B.S. at Montana State University.
