Holland & Hart LLP today announced that Chris Balch and Dave Crandall have each been elected to a three-year term on the firm’s Management Committee, effective Jan. 1. The five-person Management Committee oversees the firm’s management and strategic direction.

 Chris Balch, a Denver-based partner in the Corporate group, fills the middle third representative position most recently held by Brad Cave, a partner in the Cheyenne office. Chris guides his clients through complex mergers and acquisitions and domestic and international financing transactions. His corporate experience spans industries including software and technology, cable and telecommunications, financial services, professional services, manufacturing and consumer products, food and beverage, healthcare, air medical, and cybersecurity. Chris also co-chairs the firm’s Technology, Communications, and Media industry group and the Holland & Hart Foundation.

 Dave Crandall, a partner in of the firm’s Private Client group based in the Denver office, fills the senior third representative position most recently held by Brad Berge, a partner in the Santa Fe office. Dave develops innovative solutions to help businesses and individuals manage their wealth and reduce their potential tax liabilities. He focuses his practice on wealth transfer planning and large trust administration for clients with estates worth more than $100 million. He also counsels clients on tax controversy and business succession planning.
