Holland & Hart LLP today announced that Brad Berge and Brad Cave have each been elected to a three-year term on the firm’s Management Committee, effective Jan. 1. The five-person Management Committee oversees the management and strategic direction of the entire law firm, which has more than 500 attorneys in 15 offices across the Mountain West and in Washington, D.C.
Brad Berge practices in the Santa Fe office as a member of the Environment, Energy & Natural Resources group. He fills the position most recently held by John Shepherd of the firm’s Denver Office.
Berge practices commercial and tort litigation, and represents a wide range of energy clients in New Mexico's federal and state courts in disputes relating to surface use, subsurface rights, soil and water contamination, royalty issues, construction, carbon dioxide and tertiary recovery, as well as wellsite accidents.

Brad Cave practices in the Cheyenne office and formerly served as Practice Group Leader of the Labor & Employment group. He fills the position most recently held by Wendy Pifher of the firm’s Colorado Springs office.
Cave represents businesses, non-profit organizations, and public employers in litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, medical leave, wage and hour disputes, defamation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, civil rights claims, and employment-related torts. Mr. Cave has substantial experience in advising employers and defending claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act for employers in mining and healthcare, among others.
