Tim Gordon Named Fellow of Construction Lawyers Society of America

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that attorney Tim Gordon has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). The CLSA is an invitation-only international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields, limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows. Fellowship is diverse and highly selective. Lawyers are invited into Fellowship upon a proven record of excellence and accomplishment in construction law at both the trial and appellate levels.

Tim Gordon helps developers, contractors, and commercial real estate clients achieve optimal outcomes when planning projects and facing complex disputes. He understands the interrelationship of real estate development, project construction, and long-term property management, and uses this knowledge when representing clients in litigation and arbitration. Tim also assists his clients to avoid disputes by drafting construction and design contracts and related project documents that appropriately apportion risk and protect his clients’ interests. Tim is co-managing editor of The Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Construction Law and is regularly invited to speak on various construction and real estate topics. Tim is active in several industry and legal associations and he has served as a volunteer attorney coach in the Colorado High School Mock Trial program since 2007.

The CLSA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy and ethical standards in construction law and fostering a scholarly and advanced exchange of ideas in all practices related to the specialty. Lawyers in the CLSA may be in any discipline in the construction law arena, including contract specialization, negotiations, litigation, arbitration, appellate and/or surety law, have superior ethical reputations, and are also recognized as having advanced status among their peers.
