Holland & Hart is proud to have represented Suffolk Tech LLC, an affiliate of Suffolk Construction Company, in its series seed investment round in Trade Hounds Inc. The closing of its seed funding round was announced by Trade Hounds on June 12, 2020.
Suffolk is a national enterprise that provides core construction management services with vertical service lines that include real estate capital investment, design, self-perform construction services, technology start-up investment and innovation research/development. Trade Hounds provides a free mobile app platform and is the largest professional community built exclusively for the construction industry. The transaction will allow Trade Hounds to continue expanding its user base, roll out a Jobs platform, and expand its engineering team.
