Strategic Planning and Public Outreach on Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects

Webinar Only

Both the Trump Administration and Congress have signaled an intention to commence multiple large-scale infrastructure projects and the Utah Legislature just appropriated $1 billion for highway construction. Prior to construction, however, a project must first be permitted. This presentation will discuss siting, public outreach, and permitting strategies designed to streamline project permitting, minimize opposition and, if opposition comes, increase the likelihood of defending project permits.
