StorageCraft Technology Corporation, a global company that provides award-winning backup and recovery business continuity solutions, has acquired Exablox Corporation. The combination allows StorageCraft to become a leader in the data management market offering clients a complete and competitive family of enterprise products to analyze, protect, and store information. This is the second acquisition that Holland & Hart has helped Utah-based StorageCraft close since early 2016.
The transactional deal team included expertise and support from several practice groups and across multiple Holland & Hart office locations. The team was led by Salt Lake City partner Marc Porter, and also included Alison Johnson (Boise), Lauren Prew (Boise), Lindsay Silber (Denver), Mark Langer (Denver), Peter Perla (Denver), John Ludlum (Salt Lake City), Dave Glynn (Denver), and Kristy Strohm (Boise).
