Steven M. Gutierrez Chairs Labor And Employment Practice

DENVER (February 22, 2007) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Steven M. Gutierrez is the new chair of the firm's Labor and Employment practice group.

Mr. Gutierrez follows Brian Mumaugh, who led the group from 2003 to 2006.

Mr. Gutierrez is a partner in Holland & Hart's Denver office. His substantial litigation experience has focused on labor and employment, commercial, product liability, and tort litigation. He has extensive experience addressing claims concerning wrongful termination, breach of express or implied employment contracts, violation of covenants not to compete, contracts for the protection of trade secrets, employment discrimination, wage matters, FMLA claims, defamation, torts and claims of retaliatory discharge. He handles civil rights litigation and discrimination claims made against non-profit organizations. He also handles ERISA litigation matters.
