Savannah combines a background in accounting with experience in corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and judicial externships, bringing both legal and business insight to client work.
Savannah works with clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. During law school, she gained experience through a legal externship with the Consumer Protection Section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, where she worked on public utility matters, including proceedings before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission relating to renewable energy compliance and electric rate regulation. She also served as a judicial extern for Judge Susan Prose of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, contributing to matters involving substantive and procedural issues in federal civil litigation.
Prior to law school, Savannah worked as an Assurance Senior with Ernst & Young, auditing the financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance of public and private companies across various industries, including renewable energy and technology. Her background in accounting and business administration provides additional insight into the financial and operational considerations that often shape business decisions.
Before joining Holland & Hart as an associate, Savannah twice participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program.
