Six Simple Rules for In-House Counsel to Avoid Most Hidden Insolvency Risks in Commercial Transactions

Matt Ochs, Denver-based member of Holland & Hart’s bankruptcy and real estate groups will be speaking at the 2018 American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Annual Meeting, on Friday, September 14, 2018, at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.
 
The CLE accredited program is entitled, “Six Simple Rules for In-House Counsel to Avoid Most Hidden Insolvency Risks in Commercial Transactions” and will provide a practical discussion of rules and tips in-house counsel should use to counsel their clients before insolvency issues arise.
 
The program is presented by the Bankruptcy Business Transactions Subcommittee and co-sponsored by the Business Financing, Corporate Counsel, and Private Equity and Venture Capital Committees.
