Sarah helps clients effectively navigate complex commercial disputes to achieve favorable outcomes. She handles cases in state and federal courts involving breach of contract, partnership disputes, intellectual property, real estate disputes, insurance coverage, employment disputes, and other business-related issues.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Sarah was an associate attorney at the Salt Lake City office of a full-service regional law firm and worked as a judicial extern for Judge Clark Waddoups of the US District Court for the District of Utah.
