Save the Date: Holland & Hart Employment Law Update 2012

This year's update will feature loyalty expert and author James Kane as our keynote speaker.

James Kane says our beliefs about what makes someone loyal are often wrong - a premise he supports with intriguing research into the human brain and the emotions that control all of our behaviors. Considered to be the world's foremost expert on what makes someone truly loyal - to another person, to an organization, or to a cause - Jim has helped some of the largest and most well-known organizations in the world build nearly unbreakable relationships with not only their clients and customers, but also with employees.

The day's agenda will include a range of informative sessions, with two afternoon tracks planned to accommodate a wide range of employment law hot topics. This day-long seminar provides an in-depth and condensed update for human resources professionals; management with responsibility for the workplace; in-house counsel; and other professionals involved with managing the employment relationship, discipline, or policies and practices.
