DENVER (March 24, 2006) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Robert R. Keatinge has been appointed to ALI-ABA's Business and Corporate Law Advisory Panel, including Corporate Taxation.
Mr. Keatinge is an attorney in Holland & Hart's Denver office. He practices in the areas of business organizations, taxation and professional responsibility. He has represented a wide variety of business organizations and their owners from small start-up companies to publicly traded corporations. He has acted as an expert witness on matters of business organizations and professional responsibility. He has chaired the ALI-ABA Annual Update on Limited Liability Entities since 1992, on which John R. Maxfield, also of the Denver office, has been an annual speaker and the ALI-ABA Annual Program on Choice of Entity since 2003. Mr. Keatinge is co-author of Ribstein and Keatinge on Limited Liability Companies and the forthcoming Keatinge and Conaway on Choice of Entity, both published by West Group.
ALI-ABA Advisory Panels, including the Business and Corporate Law Advisory Panel on which Mr. Keatinge will serve, lend their expertise to developing new and enhanced ALI-ABA projects, courses, publications, and other ALI-ABA services and products.
The Program Committee of the ALI-ABA Board of Directors select the Advisory Panels from professionals throughout the country. Members of the panels are known for their experience and in-depth knowledge of the law. In selecting members, ALI-ABA sought to ensure that the panels were as diverse as possible in terms of gender, ethnicity, age, geographic location, and perspective (i.e.: private practice, academe, the judiciary, in-house, and government service).
