Reflections on the FCPA – FCPA Professor's "FCPA Flash" Podcast with Holland & Hart's Jason Prince

Holland & Hart partner Jason Prince, who focuses his practice on counseling exporters and multinational companies on anti-corruption, export controls, and trade sanctions issues, was recently a guest on the FCPA Professor’s “FCPA Flash” podcast that provides candid, informed commentary about the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and related topics.

In the podcast, Jason discusses FCPA issues for companies in the Rocky Mountain West and nationally; the similarities and differences between FCPA compliance and compliance with other export or international trade regulations; and what former Idaho Senator Frank Church (who was instrumental in crafting the FCPA) might think about the modern era of FCPA enforcement.
