Recent Changes to Federal Guidelines and What Employers Need to Know

Webinar Only

Please join us for an informative webinar covering several recent changes to federal guidelines issued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Labor (DOL), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

These new regulations change employers' obligations and requirements, and some will be effective as soon as July 2024. Even though we anticipate legal challenges, with some already filed, you still need to be aware of the potential impacts on your business.

Our employment team members will discuss recommended steps employers can take to comply with the new legal landscape, covering:

  • Pregnancy accommodation requirements under new EEOC regulations
  • EEOC's new sexual harassment policy guidance
  • FTC's regulation against noncompete agreements
  • DOL's changes to the exempt salary requirements
