Pro Bono Lawyers Seek Justice for Immigrant in Las Vegas Detention Case

Holland & Hart joined the National Immigration Law Center and Orrick, Herrington, & Sutcliffe in filing a federal lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and Clark County Sheriff Lombardo challenging the constitutionality of the practice of jailing community members for the sole purpose of transferring them into U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.
