Private Fund Workshop - Launching Your Private Fund: 101

Please join Holland & Hart on Friday, December 14 at 7:30 AM for the launch of our Private Fund Workshop. The event is intended to be a first in an installment of Private Fund Workshops dedicated to educating the Southern Nevada private fund community on global trends and issues facing private fund professionals.

The focus of the first session will be Launching Your Private Fund: 101. Topics will cover everything from registration and regulation to raising capital and acceptable compensation structures, as taught by Chris Myers, a former securities regulator with both the California and Nevada Securities Divisions and current member of the Investment Management Group at Holland & Hart LLP.
