Preparing your Invention Information for a Patent Attorney

This month Bob Ryan or Dick Schulze from Holland & Hart will use a sample patent in software and one of a physical invention to help identify and detail a checklist of items and information you should compile to create a patent disclosure. This preparation can save you wasted expense in legal fees, because the lawyer can get started with productive value added efforts immediately.
