Peter advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and the corporate matters that arise across their business lifecycle.
Peter represents private companies and emerging growth businesses, from startups raising their first outside capital to established companies pursuing acquisitions. He helps clients structure and document transactions, navigate corporate governance, and address the legal questions that come with forming, scaling, and selling a business.
He also brings an international perspective to his work, drawing on graduate study in international affairs at Seoul National University and proficiency in Korean and Spanish.
Before joining Holland & Hart as an associate, Peter participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program, where he conducted due diligence in a private equity-backed acquisition and drafted equity issuances for a life sciences startup. During law school, Peter served as an extern for the North Carolina Department of Justice – Revenue Section.
