Holland & Hart’s Persuasive Litigator Blog Named to the 2013 ABA Journal Blawg 100
The ABA Journal recently listed Holland & Hart’s Persuasive Litigator as one of the best blogs for a legal audience in its annual Blawg 100. This is the third time the blog has been named among the top litigation blogs by the ABA Journal.
Persuasive Litigator aims to provide litigators and other devotees of legal persuasion with practical tips and innovative litigation strategies spanning pretrial and trial phases, for jury, bench, and arbitration settings. Lead author Dr. Ken Broda-Bahm is a Senior Litigation Consultant with Persuasion Strategies, a Service of Holland & Hart LLP. Contributors also include Dr. Kevin Boully, Dr. Karen Lisko and Dr. Shelley Spiecker.
In the ABA Journal’s entry for Persuasive Litigator, trial consultant Alice M. Adams of Atlanta states, “His information is equally applicable to defense and plaintiffs attorneys; he is erudite and authoritative without being overbearing.
