Paul Swanson is Quoted in The Wall Street Journal on ‘Fortnite' Creator's Latest Motion Filed Against Apple

Holland & Hart antitrust attorney Paul Swanson, was quoted in The Wall Street Journal Sept. 5 tech article entitled, “‘Fortnite’ Maker Asks Judge Again to Return Game to Apple’s App Store.” The article discusses how Epic Games Inc., the creator of the ‘Fortnite’ game, filed a motion for a preliminary injunction against Apple on Sept. 4. Apple and Google removed the ‘Fortnite’ game after Epic introduced an in-game payment system that would eliminate the 30% fee certain developers are required to pay the companies for in-app purchases.
