Olga has honed her skills of persuasion and negotiation by serving in the public sector and advocates on behalf of clients in complex civil litigation, regulatory, and appellate matters. Drawing on her experience and deep understanding of various administrative agencies and courts, she is able to identify opportunities and develop strategies for clients facing disputes. She is adept at representing companies and individuals in high-stakes bench and jury trials.
Clients benefit from her experience as a mediator, her knowledge of consumer protection laws, and her skills in drafting confidentiality agreements, defending employers in matters before OSHA and the EEOC, as well as her experience in nationwide arbitration.
Before joining Holland & Hart Olga served as senior civil counsel for the New Mexico Office of the Attorney General. Prior to that, she served as general counsel for the New Mexico Department of Information Technology, representing the agency in all legal matters.
