Well-planned and executed internal audits improve regulatory compliance and reduce the potential for penalty exposure. This session will provide an overview of the new EPA audit policy and environmental self-evaluation provisions in Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado. Additionally, members of Holland & Hart's Environment and Safety team will discuss recommendations on how to structure audits to comply with regulatory disclosure requirements while maintaining privilege.
