Brigham McCown is the co-managing shareholder of Kilgore McCown PLLC and Nouveau Consulting LLC and serves as a trusted advisor to public and private sector clients in matters related to government regulation of the energy, infrastructure, and transportation industries. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Alliance for Innovation and Infrastructure, a non-partisan think tank located in Washington, DC.

Trey Overdyke is an industrial safety litigator who has also served as a lead counsel on several industrial accidents and regulatory enforcement actions in the Rocky Mountain West. He will share what preventative measures you need to take to safeguard your company against an industrial accident.

A highly experienced environmental advisor, Amanda Smith will be discussing the foundational understanding of how government agencies enforce environmental regulations and how your company can operate in compliance with these laws and policies.
