Her practice encompasses drafting agreements, due diligence, land use and zoning analysis, entitlement work, easements, and permitting.
Nicole works with clients across every phase of commercial real estate development, handling lease negotiations, purchase and sale agreements, and project finance and construction lending structures. She also advises developers, lenders, and investors on conventional and renewable energy deals involving wind, solar, and battery storage assets.
