The Population Health Conference will be an exploration by community partners including public health professionals, educators, lawyers, legislators, and those in the health care delivery system (providers, facilities and payors) of existing and future programs to improve the health of Nevadans through integrated population health/population health management including the following sessions.

Keynote Speaker: Susan Dentzer, President of the Network for Excellence in Health Innovation, a nonprofit, non-partisan health policy institute focused on enabling innovations that improve health, boost healthcare quality and lower costs.
