Drawing on a background in trial advocacy and public-interest legal work, Nick helps clients navigate complex business disputes through creative legal problem-solving and persuasive advocacy.
Nick's practice focuses on commercial litigation. He works with clients through all stages of the litigation process, supporting case strategy, legal research, motion practice, and dispute resolution in a wide range of business disputes. His experience includes work at both the trial and appellate levels, where he helps develop persuasive legal arguments and address complex legal issues.
Before joining Holland & Hart as an associate, Nick participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program. As a summer law clerk, he conducted legal research on commercial litigation matters, drafted motions and other court filings, and assisted with contract review and analysis.
Nick also served as a legal extern with the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada, where he researched issues arising under the Nevada and U.S. Constitutions and drafted legal memoranda and public records requests. Earlier in law school, he worked with the Family Law Self-Help Center and the Clark County Public Defender's Office. These experiences exposed him to a broad range of legal issues and strengthened his ability to communicate effectively with individuals, organizations, and other stakeholders navigating the legal process.
A dedicated advocate, Nick was actively involved in competitive mock trial throughout law school, serving as Chair of the Mock Trial Competition program and competing at the national level. His trial advocacy experience continues to inform his approach to commercial litigation matters.
