Molly guides clients and regulators through complex healthcare and insurance matters, leveraging proficiency in data analysis to inform strategy while navigating enforcement investigations, statutory analysis, and compliance program design.
Molly brings substantial experience in healthcare, including fraud and abuse enforcement at the State and Federal level. Her legal practice is grounded in more than a decade of healthcare policy, regulatory, and compliance experience spanning clinical and bench research, payors, and managed care that gives her deep technical fluency in the programs she counsels on. Molly also holds CHC and CHPC certifications from the Compliance Certification Board. This background—paired with a sophisticated command of the data privacy and security frameworks that govern sensitive health information—allows her to translate complex statutory and regulatory frameworks into practical, defensible, and audit-ready enforcement and compliance positions.
