Her work involves following project opposition and preparing briefing on NEPA questions as developments move through permitting, and examining environmental issues as part of the diligence process in large corporate deals. She also guides public and private clients through water rights matters. In addition, Michaela handles litigation over contract and property disputes for clients such as mining operators and local government entities.
