Matt provides strategic counsel on commercial arrangements and regulatory compliance that helps clients navigate the evolving energy landscape. Matt's practice encompasses a wide range of development and commercial contracts involving construction, interconnection, electric supply, and revenue generation. He also regularly advises on RTO/ISO tariffs and market rules affecting energy transactions and project development.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Matt was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, DC. During law school, he worked at Key Capture Energy, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the American Clean Power Association, and the US Department of Energy.
