DENVER (June 23, 2010) – Fifty-four Holland & Hart attorneys have been named as 2010 Mountain States Super Lawyers and Rising Stars. In addition, Walt Bithell, Steve Peek, and Newal Squyres were listed in the Top 75 Mountain States Super Lawyers and Lois Baar, Jeanne Bender, Mona Burton, and Karen Dennison were listed in the Top 40 Women Mountain States Super Lawyers.
The 2010 Mountain States Super Lawyers list is based on a survey of lawyers across the states of Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Wyoming, as well as independent research. Only the top five percent of attorneys in each state are honored as Super Lawyers in this annual list, and Rising Star selection is limited to only 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys.
