Michelle Brandt King Joins Holland & Hart's Denver Office

DENVER (June 18, 2009) - Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that associate Michelle Brandt King has joined the firm's Denver office in its natural resources department. King will practice in Holland & Hart's energy and telecommunications practice group. 

King focuses her practice on a variety of matters regarding the regulation of public utilities throughout the Mountain West. She provides representation in administrative proceedings before state public utilities commissions, and counsels clients on various aspects of electric, natural gas, and telecommunications law. Her clients include public utilities, utility customers, and independent power producers. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, King was an associate at Dufford & Brown, P.C., where she represented Colorado’s largest industrial electric retail customers, gas transportation customers, and passenger motor vehicle carriers in various aspects of regulatory proceedings before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.

King received her J.D. from Vermont Law School and her B.A. from Colgate University.
