DENVER (November 30, 2005) - Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that Michael Carrigan was selected as a 2006 Marshall Fellow.
Mr. Carrigan is a member of Holland & Hart's Litigation Department and has experience in complex litigation, insurance coverage, business litigation and white collar defense. Mr. Carrigan's extensive community experience includes serving as an elected member of the CU Board of Regents, and on the Board of Directors of Easter Seals Colorado and LARASA.

The Marshall Memorial Fellowship is a competitive program that draws Fellows from 14 European countries and the United States for a traveling program that lasts approximately one month. Candidates for the MMF must be nominated by a recognized leader in their community, submit a written application, and undergo an in-person interview. Fifty-seven American fellows were chosen to be among next years Fellowship class, and only four Colorado applicants were selected.
As a Marshall Fellow, Mr. Carrigan will join an international network of industry, government and professional service leaders. Through the Fellowship, he will visit five or six European cities and meet with a wide range of policymakers and prominent members of the business, government, political and media communities in autumn 2006.
