Marissa supports clients on labor and employment matters, informed by her experience with the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court.
Marissa advises on labor and employment matters and assists with a range of workplace-related legal issues, including compliance considerations and employment disputes.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Marissa served as a law clerk to Judge James P. Borse Jr. of the Arizona Court of Appeals. Her clerkship involved a broad range of civil and criminal matters and provided valuable perspective on appellate advocacy and judicial decision-making.
During law school, Marissa served as a judicial extern for Vice Chief Justice Ann A. Scott Timmer of the Arizona Supreme Court. She also participated in the Veterans Advocacy Law Clinic, assisting veterans with legal matters and representing clients in Veterans Treatment Court proceedings.
A former Division I volleyball student-athlete at Auburn University, Marissa brings a collaborative, team-oriented perspective to her work.
