Madeline focuses her practice on business litigation, representing clients in breach of contract disputes, corporate governance matters, and regulatory compliance issues. She brings a pragmatic approach to complex business disputes, helping clients resolve matters efficiently so they can stay focused on their business.
Madeline supports all phases of litigation, from case assessment and discovery through motion practice and trial preparation. Her experience includes disputes involving sales agreements and leases, corporate veil piercing, and responding to SEC subpoenas. She has a particular interest in fraud claims and corporate law issues.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Madeline served as a paralegal in the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. During law school, she worked as a student attorney in the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law & Policy Clinic, where she helped draft amicus briefs for the Colorado Supreme Court and DC Circuit. She also served as a judicial intern to Judge Lino S. Lipinsky de Orlov at the Colorado Court of Appeals.
