Before joining Holland & Hart as an associate, Molly participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program. As a summer law clerk, she researched and drafted legal memoranda on commercial litigation and employment matters and analyzed legal developments affecting client counseling and workplace policies.
Prior to law school, Molly worked in public involvement and strategic communications for transportation, environmental, and infrastructure projects. In that role, she advised project teams on stakeholder engagement and community outreach efforts, supported client communications, and helped navigate public-facing issues. Her experience working with clients, community members, and project teams provides valuable insight into navigating disputes and advancing client objectives.
