Marc Painter Elected President of Colorado Bar Association Continuing Legal Education

Marc Painter, real estate partner in Holland & Hart’s Boulder office, has been elected President of the Board of Colorado Bar Association Continuing Legal Education (CBA-CLE), the nonprofit education arm of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association. CBA-CLE produces valuable continuing legal education programs and legal publications, to which Painter regularly contributes as a speaker and author.

“I am honored to be serving the Colorado Bar Association again,” said Painter, “and especially CLE of Colorado – an excellent non-profit resource of the highest quality continuing legal education speakers and materials for Colorado’s lawyers.” 

Painter chairs Holland & Hart LLP's real estate practice, where he focuses on complex real estate transactions, finance and development, as well as banking and related business counseling. For more than 25 years, Painter's regional and national development and lending clients have sought his creative counsel in navigating difficult transactions to profitable completion. Painter is admitted to practice in Colorado, the U.S. Federal District Court – Colorado, and the United States Supreme Court.
