Lillian provides strategic counsel to clients navigating complex commercial and regulatory disputes.
Lillian represents clients in federal and state courts, handling all phases of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, managing large-scale discovery, preparing witnesses, and contributing to trial advocacy. Her practice spans a wide range of commercial, employment and regulatory matters.
Drawing on her federal clerkship experience with Judge Scott T. Varholak of the US District Court for the District of Colorado, Lillian brings a valuable perspective to case strategy and motion practice. She maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and civil rights matters.
Prior to her clerkship, Lillian was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, where she gained significant experience working on trial teams handling complex bench and jury trials. During law school, she served as a legal intern with the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund and at the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
