Leslie Boyle and Eric Waeckerlin named among DBJ's Who's Who in Energy 2017

Partners Leslie Boyle and Eric Waeckerlin have been named to the Denver Business Journal’s 2017 list of Who’s Who in Energy.

Now in its seventh year, the Who's Who in Energy list profiles the Denver metro area’s key players in the energy industry. Boyle and Waeckerlin will be featured in the Denver Business Journal’s November 24 edition and at a VIP reception honoring the professionals selected for the 2017 Who's Who in Energy list at the Kimpton Hotel Born on Dec. 5.

Leslie Boyle advises clients in connection with their commercial transactions and the development, financing, and operation of large infrastructure projects. Leslie negotiates the contracts required for every stage of a project’s life cycle, including the contracts required for a project’s day-to-day operation and revenue generation. She also advises clients in the negotiation of joint ventures for the development and operation of infrastructure projects. Her clients range from national midstream oil and gas companies, independent power producers, and mining companies, to apparel retailers and equipment manufacturers.

Eric Waeckerlin is a trusted legal advisor to oil and gas companies and industry associations on important air quality and other complex environmental litigation affecting the energy industry. Eric applies a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach toward resolving a wide range of complex, high-stakes environmental matters affecting permitting, project development, compliance, and enforcement. Clients rely on Eric’s strategic guidance to develop technical and legal comments on state and federal regulatory initiatives, particularly on air issues.
