Kent Karber Named Colorado Springs Administrative Partner

COLORADO SPRINGS (February 28, 2007) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce Kent Karber as the new administrative partner for the firm's Colorado Springs office.

Mr. Karber succeeds Wendy Pifher, who served in this role for four and a half years.

As administrative partner, Mr. Karber will have a direct leadership role in the day-to-day business of the office, including financial management, oversight of the office's legal service offerings, and attorney recruitment, among other responsibilities.

Mr. Karber's practice emphasizes business and commercial real estate law including sales, exchanges, leasing, and financing. Much of Mr. Karber’s practice is transactional, including representation of individuals and companies buying and selling businesses and/or property, borrowers and lenders, landlords and tenants, and investment groups. His practice includes representation of small to very large companies in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and debt instruments, title and survey reviews, zoning, tax appeals, and real property and broker litigation.
