Kelly Johnson is Quoted in Bloomberg Law and E&E News Discussing Biden's DOJ Environment Pick

Holland & Hart environmental attorney Kelly Johnson shares insights with Bloomberg Law and E&E News on President Biden’s selection of Kim Todd as the top attorney for the DOJ's Environment and Natural Resources Division. Johnson, who was a high-ranking ENRD official during Kim's time at ENRD, said Kim has “an impeccable reputation,” and “is an excellent nominee to be ENRD AAG." Johnson added that Kim "conducted himself with professionalism and zealously represented the client agencies.”
