Julianne advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and the agreements that support their growth. She works closely with technology and growth-stage companies, bringing an understanding of how those businesses operate and the regulatory issues they navigate.
Before law school, Julianne spent several years in technical and client-facing roles at a global data analytics company now part of Salesforce, giving her firsthand insight into the technology industry she now serves.
Before joining Holland & Hart as an associate, Julianne participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program. She also served at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she reviewed corporate disclosures for compliance and supported the agency's trial work.
