Jury Trials in the Time of COVID-19

We are all getting accustomed to conducting hearings, arbitrations, and even trials by videoconference in the age of Covid. But some cases are still being tried in court, and eventually more and more will be. What do those trials look like? The Honorable R. Brooke Jackson of the United States District Court of Colorado has conducted three jury trials under the Covid-19 protocols of our federal court in Denver. Please join us on Zoom at noon on November 17 to hear Judge Jackson talk about his experiences, and offer advice on how to conduct jury trials in the age of Covid as effectively as possible.
