Jennifer Rupe

Jen guides clients through critical business decisions at all stages of the corporate life cycle, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. She is experienced in a wide array of corporate transactions for both private and public companies.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Jen practiced corporate law at Sidley Austin LLP in Palo Alto and served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Appeals, Writs and Trials Section of the Criminal Division of the California Attorney General’s Office.
