Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Jordan Bunch, partner in the firm’s Boulder office, has been elected by the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section to serve on its Executive Council for a three-year term, effective July 1. As a member of the Executive Council, Jordan will assist with leadership directives and development of educational and professional programs dedicated to advancing the quality of the practice of real estate law.
Jordan represents clients in a wide range of complex real estate transactions including development, leasing, and land use. Her clients are in a range of industries including commercial real estate, retail, home building, multifamily, resorts, and renewable energy among others. In addition to her real estate development experience, Jordan also represents clients in both ground and commercial leasing, including office and retail leasing, in addition to a special emphasis on renewable energy development and leasing.
