Holland & Hart attorney John Wilson, a partner in the firm’s tax practice in Denver, has been selected to serve as a member of the Law360 Tax Authority International Editorial Advisory Board. John joins a select group of ten attorneys from various firms with extensive experience in the tax field.
As a member of the editorial advisory board, John will be an essential resource in providing feedback on Law360's coverage and will provide insight along with the other experienced practitioners in the tax field on how best to shape future coverage.
In his practice, John provides strategic advice to clients on complex corporate and individual tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions, and IRS audits and appeals. A leader in tax law, John is also the Director of the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program, presently teaching courses such as international taxation, partnerships, individual tax problems, and consolidated returns. He is also an active member of the Colorado Bar Association tax section.
